Pelicans Watch Is An Ocean Front Building. From Highway 17, Turn Onto Lake Arrowhead Road And Follow It Toward The Ocean. The Road Will Curve Slightly To The Right And Become Shore Drive. Continue On Shore Drive. Just Past Maisons Drive, Look For The Pelicans Watch Sign And Turn Left Into The Entrance.
